Whipping winds cause delays

The Santa Ana winds that put some cities into a state of emergency on Dec. 1 also caused a halt to normal campus activities due to a power outage throughout campus. Priority registration for students with disabilities, EOP&S, veterans, athletes, and honors students were not able to register due to the servers being down. Full story
